Free Shipping
To qualify for free shipping a minimum order of £50.00 must be purchased (Excluding VAT and placed online) Only valid on orders within mainland UK and excludes large or heavy items. Delivery charges to Northern island, The Channel islands, Off shore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to size and weight. Certain countries outside of the UK will acquire additional charges. Free standard delivery does not apply to orders where an offer/ promotional code has been used unless stated otherwise.
Orders under £50.00 will be charged £4.99 Which is only valid within mainland UK. Large or heavy items may incur further delivery charges. Delivery charges to Northern island, The Channel islands, Off shore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to size and weight.

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and
will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please ask for carriage charges on Large heavy items.
We advise that tradesmen who are booked to install items should only be arranged once in receipt of the goods.
Extra handling charges may be incurred for re despatched orders
The sellers policy is to despatch goods to meet the time frame stated for delivery. Times quoted are in good faith but shall not be binding. The seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
Some furniture/larger orders may take up to 6-8 weeks delivery or up to 14 weeks for special delivery.
Hudson Supplies is not liable for delayed, Missing or damaged items/contents. If you choose to have your order delivered to a location you deem as safe then the liability transfers to you.
Please note delivery addresses cannot be changed on an order by a customer once payment has been taken. If you wish to make amendments to your delivery once an order has been made. Please speak to a member of our team. We are unable to change your delivery address on orders paid by Pay Pal
Collect orders, If you are local and have placed your order for a collect from warehouse service you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please do not turn up before you have received an email.
Delivery will be to the address advised and will be to the font door/reception desk on the ground floor, Any difficult delivery situations must be advised to us at the time of the order and may attract additional delivery charges.
Back orders will be sent out for delivery as soon as they become available, There will be no extra charge for delivery.
Some items may be ordered straight from the supplier and then sent to you directly so delivery time frames may vary.
