Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please email customer service at sales@hudsonsupplies.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number. place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and display the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit

After receiving your return and inspecting that the condition of our item is satisfactory we usually will process your return or exchange via the original payment method used to purchase the order. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Goods which are single use or body worn

• Non catalogue lines

• Goods damaged due to misuse or unauthorised repair

• Opened/partly used goods or where seals/labels have been removed

• Goods damaged by Water, fire or smoke

• Any personalised items

• Any items of a sanitary nature (e.g. needles, syringes, continence products and nebulisers etc)

• Consumables and/or disposables of any form once opened

Personal and personal grooming products e.g. Hair accessories and styling products. shavers, waxing kits electric toothbrushes etc

• PPE items. such as gloves, face masks. aprons etc and all other items of PPE

Special order items are non returnable

Please Note

• A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of unwanted goods that are non faulty.

• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

• Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned

• Free gifts or other additional bundled items are not exchangeable or refundable unless the full offer/order is returned subject to terms and conditions

• It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately once received and contact us via email with your order reference number if you do not receive your correct order or the items appear to be damaged or faulty within 48hours

• If we do not receive notification within 48 hours any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you

• Returned goods will only he accepted where a returns authorization has been given

• Returns must be returned unused in original packaging and in a suitable outer box/packaging

If an item is faulty and an exchange is processed (and the item you ordered is unavailable) we reserve the right to offer an equivalent item from a different manufacturer.

• Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the return being rejected
